Request a Rates Search
You will need to provide us a current Rates Notice from the Whitsunday Regional Council (https://www.whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au). Make sure you have ordered your rate search before booking your water meter read.
03 / Book
Book the Read
Fill out our online booking form on our website and wait for confirmation. Once your read has been confirmed (same-day confirmation), we will attend the property to conduct the read.
04 / Receipt
Receipt of the Read
Once the read has been conducted, we will forward you a matter-specific search certificate showing the read amount.
